Dr. Seongkyung Cho is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at Duke Kunshan University. Cho's research interests lie in the areas of housing policy, smart governance, policy informatics, and computational social science. At Duke Kunshan University, she teaches public policy analysis, computational social science, comparative social policy, and global challenges in science, technology, and health.
